Purposes

Data is used to manage authorized business communications, provide AI-assisted customer service, support automotive compatibility workflows, secure the service, prevent duplicates and investigate errors. Meta Platform Data is used only for the authorized Carsystems business assets and related operational purposes.

Providers and security

Hosting, database, AI and Meta delivery providers process data only as needed to operate the service. Credentials remain server-side. Access controls, encrypted transport and audit records are used to protect operational data.
